Dan Raczykowski
President – Unifire, Inc.
Daniel Raczykowski co-founded Unifire, Inc. in 1987 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer for 33 years. With 38 years experience in the industry, Mr. Raczykowski is widely recognized as a top Subject Matter Expert (SME) on rescue operations, tools, and equipment, a compliment to an extensive catalog of achievements in military operations, logistics, training/instruction, business development, and client relations.
Mr. Raczykowski holds multiple patents, including chainsaw depth gauges, carbide tipped chainsaw chain, positive pressure ventilators, water misting systems used for cooling first responders, athletes and for fighting fire, level 1-2-3 rescue harnesses, Talon FMC combat knives as well as many unpatented products that have been successfully brought to market.

Christie Boss
Chief Financial Officer – Unifire, Inc.
Christie Boss holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting degree from Ashford University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Boss also holds certifications and educations specializing in Law Enforcement from North Idaho Community College. Ms. Boss has extensive experience leading strategic financial planning for small to medium size businesses that deal with Government agencies. Ms. Boss leads our accounting team from across multiple locations to track financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Ms. Boss also liaisons with Mission Ready’s CFO, Auditor, and other third-party vendors to ensure compliance to both GAAP and IFRS.

Francisco Martinez
Chief Technology Officer – Unifire, Inc.
Francisco Martinez was a leading Product Development Engineer and Project Officer at the United States Army Natick Soldier Research, Development & Engineering Center in Natick, Massachusetts (2004/2009). Mr. Martinez has led the development of numerous lifesaving products for the US Army and the Special Operation Forces in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Mr. Martinez co-founded Protect The Force, LLC where he served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2009 until its May 2012 acquisition by Protect The Force Inc. - a subsidiary of Mission Ready Solutions Inc.
